We love eating low carb & gluten-free (plus: paleo, primal and keto – but who’s counting) and there were NO options we actually liked eating for us to enjoy our favourite burgers, deli sandwiches and subs until KETO BUNS

Our product is the fluffiest best tasting bun out there.  When you order Keto Buns you’ll never have to say about something “it’s good for gluten-free’ or ‘it’s good for low carb’.  Our product is great! That’s it.  Whole. Simple. Real Food.


We’re 2 friends who enjoy the benefits of low carb eating, but still LOVE our burgers and sandwiches.  It was through a ton of experimentation where we honed the perfect low carb recipe for KETO BUNS.  Our Toronto based operation bakes keto buns for those trying to eat clean during the week, having a low carb, paleo and keto friendly substitute for yummy bread.  You can now enjoy burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and more with – KETO BUNS

What exactly is a Keto Paleo Bun™???

EACH KETO BUN CONTAINS:  18 Almonds, 1 tbsp of coconut, 1 tbsp of flax, 2 tsp of psyllium, 1 egg white, a pinch of salt, a few drops of apple cider vinegar and paleo baking soda/powder.

Our Keto Buns taste like REAL BREAD – but are LOW CARB, GLUTEN-FREE, PRIMAL, GRAIN FREE, PALEO, AND KETO(GENIC) diet friendly.

 10 grams of protein, 12 grams of fiber and only 3 grams of NET carbs per serving
